The Problem
Limited resources to help individuals and groups manage their household budgets and plan for their goals.
The Goal
Design a web application that helps individuals, friends, and family groups manage a household budget and save up for goals (such as a vacation).

We conducted a survey to gain a deeper understanding of users' needs and suggestions for this app.

Below are the results from a survey that my team and I conducted among our colleagues during my apprenticeship at Tech Talent & Strategy. During the survey process, my team and I received responses that added two categories to our app: chores and a shopping list.

ABOUT
A single 22-year-old college student from Kentucky studying Electrical Engineering. He lives in a one-bedroom dorm, and plans his schedule one month in advance to avoid missing deadlines.
WANTS & NEEDS
Prefers easy access to update his tasks once completed, and avoiding spreadsheets.
GOALS
Looking for an accessible app, with a reliable way to schedule deadlines.
CHALLENGES
Worries about his limited time to complete tasks as a full-time student and working part-time.
